My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms, while spacious and modern, lacked the elegance typically associated with the Four Seasons brand. However, the personal touch with a birthday surprise by Henry was heartwarming, though the absence of an ashtray for my entire stay was disappointing.
